Introduction
Each of these ministries brings members together to serve needs
in the body and/or the community. The ministries are different but
all have the common mission of gaining followers of Jesus and teaching
them to obey His commands (Mt. 28:18-20).
Each ministry should have at least two leaders and plenty of workers
so that the ministry functions effectively and no persons are over-burdened.
Each ministry leader should have a clear understanding of the role
of their ministry and the resources and support to make the most
of their opportunities in light of the vision
for this congregation.

work and see it grow into a ministry that will attract high school
students to come to IU. We also seek to train students to become
full-time workers in campus and youth ministries in the Midwest
and beyond through the following means:
- Equipping Christian students to be effective servants of Jesus
by doing good works and being successful in reaching out to friends
- Attracting unbelieving students and share the Good News with
them
- Equipping new converts to diligently obey the commands of Jesus
- Equipping gifted Christian students to be leaders, and provide
training for those who want to be full-time ministers.
